Health, Safety & Environment Test (Touchscreen)

Identification Requirements
You are required to bring one form of identification listed below containing a photograph and signature.
Photocopies of ID will not be accepted. If you do not have any of the above, please phone FaCT on 0121 476 4731 before the test date to discuss alternative accepted ID or a waiver form. If you do not bring suitable ID you will not be allowed to take the test.
Test Results
All candidates will be given written confirmation of whether they have passed or failed the test. If you do not pass the test you will not be allowed to re-sit within 2 working days.
