Joining Instructions -H&S – FISS CSCS Application

FISS/CSCS Application – Your photo will be taken on the day and application completed.  Subject to all tests being passed your application will be processed.  FISS/CSCS cards can take approx 4 weeks for issue – if you require a verification letter of your application please contact FaCT.
